We’re seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
We’re looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information on shipping schedules, rates, and services
• Process customer orders, track shipments, and update records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills
Requirements
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (if necessary)
