We’re seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

We’re looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
•⁠ ⁠Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
•⁠ ⁠Provide accurate information on shipping schedules, rates, and services
•⁠ ⁠Process customer orders, track shipments, and update records
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
•⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
•⁠ ⁠Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠1-2 years of customer service experience
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•⁠ ⁠High school diploma or equivalent required
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (if necessary)
